1. Research Product Notice

All products sold by Proved Peptides are intended strictly for research use only. Due to the sensitive nature of research products, returns may be limited once an order has been shipped, opened, handled, or delivered.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns may only be considered for unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging. To be eligible, the return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, stored incorrectly, or removed from their original sealed packaging are not eligible for return.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or contains the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

5. Refund Review Process

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds may be issued to the original payment method, as store credit, or as a replacement depending on the situation.

6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs when a return is approved.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

8. Delivery Issues

Proved Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, failed delivery attempts, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

To request a return or refund, contact our support team through the contact page with your order number, reason for the request, and any supporting photos or details.
