not reserved, processed, or fulfilled until payment has been received and confirmed.

Orders are shipped within the United States with tracked delivery where available. Orders placed before our daily
cutoff may be processed sooner, depending on payment confirmation and fulfillment availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, incorrect shipping information provided by
the customer, or circumstances outside our control.

Due to the nature of research materials, returns may be limited. Opened, used, damaged-after-delivery, or tampered
